You think the people closest to you are your friends. You tell them your secrets. You are supposed to help guid each other through life and hardships. You didn’t know how a friend was supposed to act. You would make excuses for their behavior, how they treated you. You felt like a picking bag while being near them, you were young and naive. Thankfully, you saw them as the snake they really are.
